A true Central Florida girl, Merideth grew up in Clermont, with roots in the community on her father's side all the way back to 1913! She graduated from law school in 1996, with experience working first in Tallahassee for Florida Supreme Court Justice Barbara Pariente, then Tallahassee and downtown Chicago at a large silk-stocking firm.

Merideth and her family moved back to Clermont in 2005. She found a need in the community for local representation that put clients first with experience and knowledge in all aspects of real estate, estate planning and business law. Through the years her first firm, Merideth Nagel, P.A., experienced dynamic growth and found itself expanding even during The Great Recession. In 2017 Langley, Nagel Crawford & Modica, Chartered Attorneys At Law was founded.

Ms. Nagel focuses her practice on Real Estate Law, Guardianship, Probate, and Estate Planning. She also represents business in individuals in Commercial and Residential Closings.

In addition to running Merideth Nagel, P.A. and acting as Managing Partner of Langley, Nagel Crawford & Modica, Chartered Attorneys At Law, Merideth is the wife of Presbyterian minister Dr. Rev. Leon Bloder and mother to three boys, ages 7, 13 and 22. Merideth loves her life and is proud to be an attorney. She finds value in helping clients navigate the often difficult legal roads of life and business, and forging relationships with them based on mutual caring and respect-relationships she hopes will last a lifetime. Merideth has very little time for hobbies; being a pastor's wife, rearing three boys and her thriving law practice keep her very busy.

Merideth is very active in the community, serving in the past and presently on almost every professional, civic board and non-profit in the area, including Cornerstone Hospice, the South Lake Chamber of Commerce, the South Lake Community Foundation, the Lake County Education Foundation, the Pig on the Pond board and Leadership Lake County.

When not working, taking care of her husband and children, or at church, Merideth can be found reading, cooking, or binging on Netflix. Merideth is also an avid pro and college football fan.
