Ms. Nagel leads a team of six lawyers and eighteen staff, focusing their practice on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate law, land use and planning, probate, guardianship, trusts and estate law, civil litigation, business formation and development, employment law defense, and bankruptcy discharge and reorganization for individuals and businesses. Clients include banks, business owners, developers, brokers, realtors and individual consumers. Ms. Nagel has been in the full-time practice of law for over twenty-two years in Tallahassee, Chicago and Central Florida. Since 2005, Ms. Nagel has focused her practice in Lake, Sumter, Orange and Osceola counties, with offices centrally located in Clermont, Florida.

Ms. Nagel is particularly experienced in the areas of complex real estate transactions, probate and estate planning, and guardianships, and is currently seeking board certification in both these areas of practice.

Ms. Nagel is a mother of three boys, ages 23, 14, and 7. Ms. Nagel has been married for over 26 years to her high school sweetheart, the Rev. Dr. Leon Bloder, Senior Pastor of the Shepherd of the Hills Presbyterian Church. In her limited spare time, Ms. Nagel enjoys travel, scuba diving, boating and cooking. She is a rabid Florida State Seminoles and Denver Broncos football fan and has become a cut-throat fantasy footballer.
